Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan pesat dalam teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi di era globalisasi saat ini telah mendorong penggunaan perangkat komputer di hampir semua bidang kehidupan.Salah satu kebutuhan terbesar dalam bidang TI saat ini adalah sistem informasi, termasuk dalam pengelolaan arsip.Ada banyak cara untuk mengelola arsip dokumen, salah satunya adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi berbasis web melalui pembuatan sistem web. Di Desa Datarajan, sistem pengarsipan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga peneliti ingin membuat sebuah sistem digitalisasi pengarsipan berbasis web agar dapat diakses secara online dan dapat mempermudah proses penyimpanan serta meminimalisir terjadinya kerusakan ataupun kehilangan data.Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan extreme programing, sedangkan perancangan sistemnya menggunakan UML. Pengujian yang dilakukan menggunakan ISO 25010, sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan aplikasi MySQL sebagai database. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem yang dibuat untuk memudahkan repositori arsip dalam memanajemen pengarsipan dokumen. Aplikasi dokumen menjadi salah satu penerapan alternative solusi yang cukup mempermudah penggunaan dan pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis website. Kata Kunci: Pemerintah, Pengarsipan, Codeigniter ABSTRACT PT Rapid developments in information technology and information systems in the current era of globalization have encouraged the use of computer devices in almost all areas of life. One of the biggest needs in the IT field today is an information system, including records management. There are many ways to manage document archives, one of which is by utilizing web-based technology through creating a web system. In Datarajan Village, the filing system is still done manually, so researchers want to create a web-based archiving digitization system so that it can be accessed online and can simplify the storage process and minimize data damage or loss. The system development method used in this research isusing extreme programming, design while the system uses UML. The testing carried out using ISI 25010, this system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL application as database. The result of this research is a system created to facilitate internal archive repository document filing management.
