Abstract
This research done because of the held of the information system that is more quickly and efficient, mean while the administration process, especially, lending, neturning book are done manually, because of that it is needed computerization system as a tool that can help administration process that is better. The design and development of information system that can decrease mistake or error in administration process and make service faster are the aim of this research, so the quality of the service will be better. The result of this research is an information system based on qr code that is computerize and can be implemented at library in institution Mitra Lampung, this system used by the part of library of administration process of service. This system also can work better than the old system that is still manual, because it can make the administration process easier and mainly leading process or book returning and decrease mistake error.
