Abstract

Pelayanan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara konvensional kini dapat dilakukan secara digital melalui website desa yang telah dibuat. Lurah Sekincau menyatakan bahwa sebelumnya, pembuatan surat-menyurat desa masih dilakukan secara manual, dimana masyarakat harus datang langsung ke Kantor Kelurahan. Hal ini sering kali kurang efisien karena masyarakat kerap kali harus kembali ke rumah untuk melengkapi data pendukung yang kurang. Metode tersebut kini dianggap kurang efektif dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode Extreme Programming yang diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta pengujian dilakukan menggunakan standar ISO 25010. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi pelayanan surat-menyurat berbasis website untuk Desa Sekincau. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu staf kelurahan dan masyarakat dalam mengelola administrasi desa. Hasil pengujian melibatkan 10 responden, dan berdasarkan standar ISO 25010, perangkat lunak ini memperoleh rata-rata persentase keberhasilan sebesar 96,52%. The Head of Sekincau stated that previously, the creation of village correspondence was still done manually, where people had to come directly to the Village Office. This is often inefficient because people often have to return home to complete the supporting data that is lacking. This method is now considered less effective and efficient. In this study, the author used the Extreme Programming method which was implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and testing was carried out using the ISO 25010 standard. This study aims to build a website-based correspondence service information system for Sekincau Village. This system is expected to be able to help village staff and the community in managing village administration. The test results involved 10 respondents, and based on the ISO 25010 standard, this software obtained an average success percentage of 96.52%.
