Abstract

ABSTRACT ISP Studio is a business in the creative photography and videography industry. The promotional process currently carried out by ISP Studio is still only done on social media and by word of mouth, so the promotion carried out is less effective in providing complete and up-to-date information regarding the products and services offered by ISP Studio, in the process Customer service orders must come directly to ISP Studio to place an order, because there are no service orders via online media. The system development method is extreme programming, system implementation using PHP and MySQL. The results of this research are that the system can simplify the ordering transaction process which in turn can reduce the level of competition with external markets. The results of ISO 25010 testing which was carried out involving 9 respondents concluded that the quality of the software produced had a success percentage with a total average of 100%. So it can be concluded that the percentage value obtained shows that the overall software quality is on a "Very Good" scale.
