Abstract

The success of a company can be measured from the management of Human Resources (HR) within the company. In this era of globalization, quality human resources are needed because the success or failure of a company is highly dependent on the quality of its human resources or employees. The better the quality of employees in the company, the better the performance of the company which has an impact on the growth of the company's productivity as a whole. However, there are often several problems in an organization or company that lead to human resource management. Based on this, the company seeks to pay attention in detail to matters that can affect the development of human resources that have an impact on employee performance in order to produce employees who are competent and highly competitive. This study aims to examine the effect of training, discipline and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study are employees of PT. Intisentosa Alambahtera In Lampung. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method with a total sample of 77 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study simultaneously show that training, discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Intisentosa Alambahtera. While partially, the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Intisentosa Alambahtera. Then training and discipline have no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Intisentosa Alambahtera. Keywords: Training, Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance.
