Abstract
PRIMA BAGOES JAYA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan bahwa Reward berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Punishment berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, karyawan,komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, Reward,punishment dan komitmen kerja secara Bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap kunerja karyawan pada PDAM Way Rilau di Bandar Lampung. Sampel ini penelitian ini berjumlah 161 responden yang merupakan karyawan PDAM Way Rilau Bandar Lampung. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dan sumber data yang digunakan untuk penelitian adalah data skunder dan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisoner melalui Goggle Forms. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis stastis deskriptif, uji validitas reliabilitas, Uji T, Uji F dan uji regresi berganda yang berdiri dari koefisien determinan (R2). Selanjutnya diolah dengan perangkat lunak aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh Reward, Punishment, dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (PDAM) Way Rilau Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Reward, Punishment, Komitmen kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF GIVING REWARDS, PUNISHMNET, AND WORK COMMITMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE REGIONAL DRINKING WATER COMPANY (PDAM) WAY RILAU BANDAR LAMPUNG This research aims to show that Reward has a positive effect on employee performance, Punishment has a positive effect on employee performance, employee commitment has a positive effect on employee performance, Reward, punishment and work commitment together have an effect on employee performance at PDAM Way Rilau in Bandar Lampung. The sample for this research consisted of 161 respondents who were employees of PDAM Way Rilau Bandar Lampung. This research methodology uses a quantitative descriptive approach and the data sources used for research are secondary data and primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires via Goggle Forms. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, reliability validity test, T test, F test and multiple regression test which is based on the determinant coefficient (R2). Then it was processed using IBM SPSS version 25 application software. The results of this research show that the influence of Reward, Punishment and work commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (PDAM) Way Rilau Bandar Lampung.
