Abstract
Barokah merupakan mebel yang memproduksi dan membuat perlengkapan-perlengkapan rumah tangga seperti lemari, kursi, meja dan masih banyak lagi. Dalam wawancara yang dilakukan, proses pengadaan stok bahan baku mebel masih dilakukan manual sehingga cenderung memakan waktu lebih lama. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya faktur yang harus diproses secara manual, dan koordinasi yang kompleks antara pihak Mebel Barokah dan pihak Supplier, serta risiko kesalahan manusia dalam mencatat atau pengadaan stok. Pemasalahan lain yang timbul juga memasukkan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku, kesalahan mencatat harga, atau kekeliruan dalam memasukkan informasi pemasok. Pemasalahan dalam pengadaan bahan baku pada Mebel Barokah dapat diselesaikan dengan SCM. Dari permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini akan mengembangkan sistem informasi pengadaan bahan baku serta pengolahan data pemesanan atau biasa disebut PO pemesanan furniture. Sistem yang telah dibuat dapat membantu proses pengadaan stok bahan baku mebel yang mula masih dilakukan manual menjadi komputerisasi sehingga proses pengolahan data lebih cepat. Dalam koordinasi antara setiap bagian produksi mebel yaitu bagian gudang, bagian produksi lebih terjalin, meminimalisir risiko kesalahan manusia dalam mencatat atau pengadaan stok. sistem yang telah dibangun juga dapat memasukkan jumlah pemesanan bahan baku, mencatat harga pesanan produk dengan otomatis.. Sistem informasi yang telah dibuat, dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype. Perancangan secara konseptual menggunakan UML dan merancang antarmuka/interface), serta pembuatan sistem dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, HTML, dan mysql dan tahap terakhir melakukan uji kelayakan sistem dengan ISO 25010 dengan hasil sebesar 94%. Secara skala likert bahwa kelayakan sistem Sangat Baik, sehingga layak untuk diterapkan pada Mebel Barokah. Other problems that arise include the number of orders for raw materials, errors in recording prices, or errors in entering supplier information. The problem of procuring raw materials for Barokah Furniture can be solved with SCM. Based on these problems, this research will develop an information system for raw material procurement and ordering data processing or what is usually called furniture ordering PO. The system that has been created can help the process of procuring stock of raw materials for furniture, which was previously done manually, becomes computerized so that the data processing process is faster. In coordination between each section of furniture production, namely the warehouse section, the production section is more closely linked, minimizing the risk of human error in recording or procuring stock. The system that has been built can also enter the number of orders for raw materials, record the price of product orders automatically. The information system that has been created was developed using the prototype system development method. Conceptual design using UML and designing interfaces), as well as creating a system using the PHP, HTML and MySQL programming languages and the final stage was conducting a system feasibility test using ISO 25010 with results of 94%. Based on the Likert scale, the feasibility of the system is very good, so it is suitable to be applied to Barokah furniture.
