Abstract

Accurate management of employee attendance data is a task that requires accuracy for the school treasurer, especially the process of recording and compiling employee attendance data at Gajah Mada High School which is not small in number will take a lot of time and energy for the school treasurer to be able to complete the process of recording attendance data in order to perform calculations. employee salaries, plus the manual attendance process can be faked. So this study aims to build an employee attendance system using qr code and geolocation so that the employee attendance process and employee attendance data recording can be systematic. The system is built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) research method, and uses the PHP Hypertext Preprocessor programming language and JavaScript with sublime text 3 tools and Android Studio, while the side database processing uses a MySQL database. This research was successful by getting a 100% assessment for functional suitability testing so that it got the percentage of Success/Success, and the percentage of Very Good with a percentage of 94.6% for usability testing from respondents referring to the ISO 25010 system test.
