Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah meneliti pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Auto 2000 Bandar Lampung. Analisis ini meliputi : analisis regresi berganda , uji hipotesis melalui uji t dan uji f , serta analisis koefisien determinasi (R²) . Hasil analisis menggunakan uji t dapat diketahui bahwa variabel Kompensasi (X1) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karaywan (Y) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan (Y) . Kemudian hasil analisis menggunakan uji F dapat diketahui bahwa ketiga variabel independen yaitu (kompensasiX1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan ( Y ) . Hasil analisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa 67% kineja karyawan dapat diperoleh dan dijelaskan oleh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan sisanya 33 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam penelitian ini . Kata Kunci : Kompensasi (X1) , Motivasi Kerja (X2) Dan Kinerja Karyawan(Y) ABSTRACT This research is examining the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at Auto 2000 Bandar Lampung. This analysis includes: multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²). The results of the analysis using the t test can be seen that the compensation variable (X1) partially has no significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y) and work motivation (X2), partially has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). Then the results of the analysis using the F test can be seen that the three independent variables namely (compensation X1) and work motivation (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The results of the analysis using the coefficient of determination show that 67% of employee performance can be obtained and explained by compensation and work motivation. While the remaining 33% is explained by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Compensation (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Employee Performance(Y)
