Abstract

INTISARI Sistem menggunakan fitur-fitur yang mudah dipahami sesuai dengan analisa kebutuhan yang telah dianalisa, terdapat beberapa fitur dalam menu voting, data kandidat, data pemilih, dan hasil dari perhitungan suara mempermudah dalam pemungutan suara serta hasil dari pemungutan suara yang sedang berlangsung. Berdasarkan identifikasi masalah agar sistem dapat mempermudah dalam pemilihan kepala desa atau pemungutan suara serta mengurangi masalah perhitungan hasil pemilihan kepala desa maka sistem yang akan dibangun berupa sistem informasi E-Voting berbasis web, sehingga bagi masyarakat yang melakukan pelaksanaan pilkades dapat lebih mudah. serta kesalahan dalam perhitungan suara yang terjadi keselipan atau kerusakan kertas suara yang mengakibatkan suara tidak dihitung atau suara tidak sah. Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) sebagai hal yang membantu meringankan masyarakat desa karena pilkades adalah bagian dari proses kegiatan politik, pilkades merupakan tempat demokrasi untuk masyarakat desa dalam hal untuk dipilih maupun memilih kepala desa. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall, dan rancang bangun sistem E-Voting dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, Framework Laravel serta MySQL sebagai database server dengan pengujian sistem menggunakan ISO 9126. Penerapan Voting sebagai media pemberian atau keputusan suara yang berkaitan dengan orang banyak untuk memilih suatu pemimpin. Kata kunci : Pilkades, UML, E-Voting, PHP, MySQL ABSTRACT The system uses features that are easy to understand in accordance with the analysis of needs that have been analyzed, there are several features in the voting menu, candidate data, voter data, and the results of the vote counting to make voting easier and the results of the ongoing voting. Based on the identification of problems so that the system can facilitate the election of village heads or voting and reduce the problem of calculating the results of the village head elections, the system to be built is in the form of a web-based e-voting information system, so that for people who carry out the Pilkades it can be easier. as well as errors in vote counting that occur due to slippage or damage to the ballot paper which results in votes not being counted or votes being invalid. Election of village heads (Pilkades) as a thing that helps relieve village communities because Pilkades is part of the process of political activity, Pilkades is a place of democracy for village communities in terms of being elected or electing village heads. The research method used in this study is the development of a system using Waterfall, and the design of an e-voting system with the PHP programming language, Laravel Framework and MySQL as a database server with system testing using ISO 9126. The application of Voting as a medium for giving or Voting decisions related to many people to choose a leader
