Abstract

Problems in the process of checking the status of goods by customers and company partners, who are known to process goods status checks using telephone media, which has an impact on processes that require waiting time for the admin section to check one by one on the goods. sent. The process of delivering information is still not optimal because of the unavailability of information media in the service of checking the status of goods by customers which can be accessed online. The results of the research are that the system built can facilitate data processing of the status of goods sent by couriers and provide information for consumers regarding the status of goods and there is information in the form of tracking information through media maps.
