Abstract

PT Tunas Dwipa Matra (TDM) is a distributor and maintainer of Honda Motorbikes in Lampung and also acts as the main Honda dealer in Lampung, which is responsible for the distribution and maintenance of Honda Motorbikes in all branch dealers. In this research, activity planning or what is called an Activity Plan is only specific to the Digital Marketing division or section which is a special division for carrying out digital sales or promotions only, not directly involved in the field. The current problem is that the Supervisor is required to send the Activity Plan to the Manager in the form of an excel file, if there are improvements in the Activity Plan, the Supervisor must send the excel file back, with the large amount of excel file data sent, sometimes causing data duplication. The existence of this web-based sales activity plan information system, which was designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system design method and uses the PHP programming language and Mysql database, can help Supervisors and Team Leaders in reporting activity plans to Managers anytime and anywhere. This activity plan information system is designed according to the activity plan format so that there are no differences in activity plans between supervisors and team leaders.
