Abstract

ABSTRAK Kompleks Perumahan Barokah ini memiliki kurang lebih 100 unit rumah atau sebanyak 100 KK (kepala Keluarga) yang dimana setiap warga harus membayar uang iuran keamanan dan kebersihan. Proses pembayaran iuran perumahan masih dicatat secara manual dengan menggunakan kertas, dimana petugas datang ke rumah warga untuk menagih iuran dan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan iuran yang dilakukan oleh petugas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan Sistem Informasi pembayaran iuran yang dibuat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis mobile, mengetahui hasil pengujian system informasi pembayaran iuran yang dibuat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis mobile. Metode pengembangan system menggunakan Extreme Programming (XP). Pengujian terhadap system menggunakan Black Box untuk menguji aspek performance efficiency dan ISO 25010 untuk menguji aspek operability. Hasil penelitian adalah aplikasi mobile menggunakan Bahasa pemrogaraman PHP dan Mysql yang diharapakan dapat mempermudah warga kompleks Barokah untuk membayar iuran bulanan. Hasil dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan melibatkan 5 kriteria pengujian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil jumlah jawaban dari responden yaitu mempunyai nilai 100% sesuai dengan pengujian fungsionalitas sistem menggunakan blackbox testing. Kata Kunci: Iuran, Mobile, Extreme Programming, Blck Box, ISO 20501 ABSTRACT The Barokah Housing Complex has approximately 100 housing units or as many as 100 families (heads of families) where each resident must pay security and cleaning fees. The housing contribution payment process is still recorded manually using paper, where officials come to residents' homes to collect contributions and errors often occur in the recording of contributions made by officers. The purpose of this study is to implement a contribution payment information system that is made using a mobile-based application, to find out the results of testing a contribution payment information system that is made using a mobile-based application. The system development method uses Extreme Programming (XP). System testing uses Black Box to test performance efficiency aspects and ISO 25010 to test operability aspects. The results of the research are mobile applications using the PHP and Mysql programming languages which are expected to make it easier for residents of the Barokah complex to pay monthly dues.
