Abstract

Restoran Bukit Pasir merupakan restoran yang di dirikan pada 18 September 2021 dan merupakan restoran keluarga yang berada pada tepi pantai Kota Agung. Restoran merupakan suatu tempat atau bangunan yang diorganisasi secara komersial, yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan dengan baik kepada semua tamunya baik berupa makanan maupun minuman. Berdasarkan proses pengolahan data reservasi restoran, saat ini masih dilakukan menggunakan telepon, whatsaapp dan datang kelokasi resto, adapun proses pemasaran yang digunakan yaitu brosur dan proses pencatatan pesanan resto menggunakan buku besar. Permasalahan pada reservasi restoran yaitu proses pemesanan paket menu makanan dan minuman masih melalui media telepon yang berdampak pada kesalahan menu yang dipesan, waktu pesanan yang bersamaan dan proses pembuatan laporan masih kurang efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan tenaga, sehingga keseluruhan pemasalahan tersebut teletak pada penggunaan media pencatatan yang masih menggunakan buku besar dengan pengolahan secara manual. Tujuan penelitian yaitu menyajikan informasi manajemen restaurant secara online menggunakan mobile. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu extreme programming dengan keunggulan pengembangan relatif lebih cepat. Hasil dari sistem yang dikembangkan yaitu proses pemesanan dan reservasi menu dapat dilakukan secara online, dapat menampilkan informasi menu secara detail dan menghasilkan laporan data pemesanan menu serta reservasi menu secara online oleh pimpinan. Bukit Pasir Restaurant is a restaurant that was established on September 18, 2021 and is a family restaurant located on the beachfront of Kota Agung. A restaurant is a place or building that is organized commercially, which provides good service to all its guests in the form of food and drinks. Based on the process of processing restaurant reservation data, currently it is still carried out using telephone, whatsaapp and coming to the restaurant location, as for the marketing process used, namely brochures and the process of recording restaurant orders using a ledger. The problem with restaurant reservations is that the process of ordering food and beverage menu packages is still through telephone media which has an impact on menu errors ordered, the same order time and the process of making reports is still not effective and efficient in terms of time and energy, so the whole problem lies in the use of recording media that still uses ledgers with manual processing. The purpose of the study is to present restaurant management information online using mobile. The method used in the research is extreme programming with the ability to develop relatively faster. The result of the system developed is that the process of ordering and ordering menus can be done online, can display detailed menu information and generate reports on menu ordering data and online menu reservations by leaders
