Abstract
The Komering Agung Village Office in managing personnel data is still manual so that it requires too much paper and a low level of data security, a high level of errors in recording and managing data which causes the information produced to be inaccurate, and takes a long time to process and search for data/ information because they have to look for data/information one by one from all personnel data. So from these problems a staffing information system was built for the Komering Agung Village Office, Gunung Sugih District. The personnel information system, designed and built using the extreme programming system development method, where this method has 4 stages, namely planning (data collection, system analysis developed, system requirements analysis), design (use case modeling and activity diagrams and user interface design), code (PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS and mySql) and the system is tested using ISO 25010. The personnel information system that has been built can help process personnel data and replace manual systems, as well as reduce paper use, the level of data security can be maintained because the system has logins and user access rights so that data is not easily manipulated. The personnel information system produces accurate information, in making reports easier and faster, so it can be concluded that the system built is better than the old manual system and based on the results of ISO 25010 testing, the feasibility of the personnel information system that has been made has very good success, so it is feasible to be implemented and implemented at the Komering Agung Village Office.
