Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGEMBANGAN E-MARKETING SEBAGAI SISTEM INFORMASI LAYANAN MITRA (STUDI KASUS : CHOU CHOU DRINK) Oleh: Rian Karisma Pemasaran yang dilakukan pada perusahaan seperti Chou Chou Drink saat ini sudah menggunakan media sosial akan tetapi secara prosedur kerjasama mitra tidak dilakukan dalam satu sistem. permasalahan seperti proses pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan respon melalui media chat masih dirasa kurang efektif karena pihak perusahaan harus menjelaskan satu persatu mengenai kerjasama mitra, hal tersebut berdampak pada kesalahan dalam respon yang ditanggapi. Permasalahan berikutnya yaitu ketika mitra sudah bekerjasama dan akan memesan bahan baku, mitra akan mencatat secara manual mengenai bahan yang akan dipesan keperusahaan, proses tersebut dapat memicu terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengiriman bahan baku, kesalahan produk yang dipesan dan proses rekap pesanan bahan baku yang dilakukan secara berulang, sehingga proses tersebut dirasa masih kurang efektif dan efesien. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem yaitu Extreme programming tahapan meliputi planning, design, coding dan testing dengan keunggulan berupa pengembangan secara cepat dan berorientasi objek. Hasil peneliti yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan sistem berbasis web dengan pengguna yang terdiri dari admin, pimpinan dan mitra. Pelayanan yang diberikan berupa pendaftaran mitra baru dan proses pemesanan bahan baku yang dapat dilakukan secar Online dalam satu sistem yang telah dibangun. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black box testing diperoleh hasil sebesar 98,09% berdasarkan keseluruhan pengujian terhadap fungsi sistem dapat disimpulkan bahwa responden menilai sistem yang dibangun telah sesuai dengan fungsinya. ABSTRACT DEVELOPMENT OF E-MARKETING AS A PARTNER SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM (CASE STUDY : CHOU CHOU DRINK) By: Rian Karisma Marketing carried out on companies such as Chou Chou Drink currently uses social media, but in terms of partner cooperation procedures, it is not carried out in one system. Problems such as the marketing process carried out with a response through chat media are still considered ineffective because the company must explain one by one about partner cooperation, this has an impact on errors in the response that is responded to. The next problem is that when the partner has cooperated and will order raw materials, the partner will record manually about the materials to be ordered to the company, the process can trigger errors in the delivery of raw materials, errors in the products ordered and the process of recapturing raw material orders that are carried out repeatedly, so that the process is still considered ineffective and efficient. The method used in system development, namely Extreme programming, stages includes planning, design, coding and testing with the advantage of rapid and object-oriented development. The results of the researchers that have been carried out produce a web-based system with users consisting of admins, leaders and partners. The services provided are in the form of registration of new partners and the process of ordering raw materials that can be done online in one system that has been built. Based on the test results Black box testing obtained results of 98.09% based on the overall testing of system functions, it can be concluded that respondents assessed that the system built was in accordance with its function.
