Abstract

ABSTRACT Anugerah Frozen Food Lpg which is located at Jl Raya Serdang 3b Tanjung Bintang is a food business engaged in frozen food and processed ice cream, this is a pretty good business opportunity because in addition to the products being sold are food products, these food products are also a frozen food products that are still fit for consumption even though the product is not sold out in one day. In relation to the promotion of products sold by Anugerah Frozen Food, currently using banners and distributing product photos on social media such as Facebook to be informed to customers, the weakness of this method is the limited range of promotions that are limited to friendship and the lack of complete information about the products being sold. . The method used in this study is a prototype and will be implemented using PHP and MySQL. This system will be tested using the ISO 25010 method. The results of this study are the system as a sales promotion media in the form of e-commerce at Anugerah Frozen Food to make it easier for sellers to expand the market and introduce products and services to increase marketing. With this system, it is a solution that can make it easier for consumers to obtain services and information, and make it easier for owners to manage product data and orders. The results of testing ISO 25010 that have been carried out by involving 7 respondents that the conclusion of the quality of the resulting software feasibility has a percentage of success with a total average of 96.39%. Keywords: E-Marketing, PHP, Prototype and ISO 25010 ABSTRAK Anugerah Frozen Food Lpg yang beralamatkan di Jl Raya Serdang 3b Tanjung Bintang merupakan sebuah usaha makanan yang bergerak di bidang makanan beku dan olahan eskrim, hal ini merupakan sebuah peluang usaha yang cukup baik karena disamping produk yang dijual adalah produk makanan, produk makanan tersebut juga merupakan produk makanan beku yang sifatnya masih layak dikonsumsi walaupun produk tersebut tidak habis terjual dalam satu hari. Berkaitan dengan promosi produk-produk yang dijual Anugerah Frozen Food saat ini menggunakan spanduk dan menyebarkan foto-foto produk pada media social seperti facebook untuk diinformasikan kepada pelanggan kelemahan cara ini adalah daya jangkau promosi yang terbatas hanya sebatas pertemanan serta kurangnya informasi lengkap mengenai produk yang dijual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah prototype dan akan diimplementasikan menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Sistem ini akan diuji menggunakan metode ISO 25010. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem sebagai media promosi penjualan berupa e-commerce pada Anugerah Frozen Food untuk memudahkan penjual untuk memperluas pasar dan mengenalkan produk dan layanan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran. Dengan adanya sistem ini merupakan solusi yang dapat mempermudah konsumen dalam memperoleh pelayanan dan informasi, serta memudahkan owner dalam mengelola data produk dan pemesanan. Hasil pengujian ISO 25010 yang telah dilakukan dengan melibatkan 7 Responden bahwa kesimpulan kualitas kelayakan perangkat lunak yang dihasilkan memiliki persentase keberhasilan dengan total rata-rata 96.39%.
