Abstract

Supernatural Power in King Arthur Legend of The Sword Movie 2017 By Guy Ritchie Fira Isnia 16111015 Supernaturalism as a view that says that in this world there are supernatural beings that are higher or more powerful than the real world. In this study the writer analyzed supernatural power in King Arthur Legend of The Sword Movie. The aims of this study is to find out types of supernatural power portrayed in King Arthur Legend of The Sword Movie. This study used supernaturalism theory by (Sunasumantri, 1997, p.64) and use philosopical approach to support the analysis. Qualitative method was applied while the data were the data collected the data. The data were analyzed using three steps such as watching the movie, reading the movie script, identifying and grouping the type of supernatural power. The result of this study shows two types of supernatural power in King Arthur Legend of The Sword Movie, there are extrasensory perception (precognition, and retrocognition), and telekinesis.
