Abstract

Kodim 0410 which is located on Jl. Slamet, All Mider, Tanjung Karang Barat District, Bandar Lampung City. The Kodim already has a total of 264 soldiers, the assessment process is carried out on each soldier using 10 assessment criteria, namely behavior, initiative, willingness to work, cooperation, fortitude, work performance, development, authority, adjustment and responsibility. Problems in assessing the performance and achievements of soldiers such as the unavailability of media to facilitate systematic performance and achievement assessments. A more specific problem is that the promotion section is selected based on direct assessment by superiors, so that the task forces do not yet have an indicator-based assessment format that has an impact on objectively selecting soldiers. The purpose of the study is to present information on the results of the assessment to the leadership using a website media. The method used in system development is in the form of extreme programming with the advantages of being fast, simple in development and object-oriented. The results of the system can manage data on soldiers, officials, criteria and indicators, then the appraiser section evaluates soldiers and is forwarded to officers and leaders to confirm the results of the assessment. The soldier's section can view information in the form of data on the results of the soldier's assessment carried out online.
