Abstract

ABSTRAK Perusahaan didirikan karena memiliki tujuan yang ingin dicapai, pencapaian tujuan tersebut tentu tidak mudah, karena dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor didalamnya salah satunya adalah perilaku sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia di Indonesia cukup besar apabila didayagunakan secara efektif tentu akan menjadi modal penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional, pendidikan, penyediaan fasilitas sosial serta lapangan pekerjaan yang memadai. Sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan merupakan salah satu pasar modal yang memegang peran penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh motivasi, semangat, loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Provinsi Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan berbagai data menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat instrumen yang disertakan pada 88 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 21. Dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, semangat, dan loyalitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi, semangat, loyalitas kerja memiliki pengaruh secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kinerja Karyawan, Loyalitas, Motivasi, Semangat Kerja ABSTRACT The company was founded because it has a goal to be achieved, achieving these goals is certainly not easy, because it is influenced by many factors, one of which is the behavior of human resources. Human resources in Indonesia are quite large, if used effectively, they will certainly become an important capital in national economic development, education, provision of social facilities and adequate employment opportunities. Human resources in a company is one of the capital markets that plays an important role in achieving company goals. The goal of this study is to determine how employee performance at PT. Joint Life Insurance (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 Lampung Province is influenced by motivation, spirit, and work loyalty. This study employs a quantitative methodology and uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 21 to collect various data utilizing a questionnaire as an instrument with 88 respondents. The study's findings show partially that the variables of motivation did not have a positive and significant effect, spirit, and work loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while also demonstrating that simultaneously the variables of motivation, enthusiasm, and work loyalty have a joint influence on employee performance.
