Abstract

ABSTRAK PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI AUTO 2000 SE-BANDAR LAMPUNG Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di Auto 2000 Se-Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS version 16.0. Populasi dan sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di Auto 2000 Raden Intan, Way Halim, Rajabasa Bandar Lampung dengan jumlah sampel 80 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis uji parsial atau uji t didapat perhitungan sig (0,731) > alpha (0,05) dan nilai t hitung 0,346 < t tabel 1,99125. Kemudian Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis uji parsial atau uji t didapat perhitungan nilai sig (0,000) < alpha (0,05) dan nilai t hitung 6,225 > t tabel 1,99125. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis secara simultan atau uji f didapat perhitungan sig (0,000) < alpha (0,05) sehingga dikatakan Motivasi Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Auto 2000 Se-Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kinerja Karyawan, Auto 2000 Bandar Lampung. ABSTRACK THE EFFECT OF WORK MOTIVATION AND TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP STYLE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN AUTO 2000 BANDAR LAMPUNG This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance in Auto 2000 in Bandar Lampung. The type of research used is quantitative using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS version 16.0 program. The population and sample selected in this study were employees who worked at Auto 2000 Raden Intan, Way Halim, Rajabasa Bandar Lampung with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling method used the Slovin formula. The results showed that work motivation did not have a significant effect on employee performance based on the results of the partial test hypothesis or t test, which obtained the calculation of sig (0.731) > alpha (0.05) and the t value 0,346 < t table 1,99125. Then the Transformational Leadership Style has a significant effect on employee performance based on the results of the partial test hypothesis or t test obtained by calculating the value of sig (0.000) < alpha (0.05) and the t value 6,225 > t table 1,99125. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing or f test obtained that the calculation of sig (0.000) < alpha (0.05) so that it is said that work motivation and transformational leadership style have a significant effect on the performance of Auto 2000 employees throughout Bandar Lampung.
