Abstract
ABSTRAK BP3TKI Lampung (Lampung Center for Placement and Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers) is a government agency engaged in community services. When researchers conducted interviews there was no information system to process information regarding job vacancies for the community, often the service department used locker brochures from companies for people who came directly to the BP3TKI Lampung office, so according to the head of the service section, a system like this was less effective and efficient and spend a lot of money, especially using paper and ink to reproduce and make brochures, other obstacles in the process of filling out and distributing survey questionnaires to measure the service section at BP3TKI Lampung which are still done manually, where people who come have to fill in the survey questionnaires given which causes data difficult to find and accumulate, difficult to calculate survey questionnaires so the work process for measuring service levels becomes slow. To overcome this problem, research on building a website-based CRM information system can help to improve job vacancy registration processing services and survey assessments because the system is managed online and computerized. Searching for data from survey questionnaire results is faster and calculating survey questionnaire results will be calculated automatically, so that the assessment reporting process can be carried out more quickly compared to the previous system.
