Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF WORK MOTIVATION AND DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT FORT INDULGING BANDAR LAMPUNG ABSTRACT By AGUSTIO ZAMALIN Employee performanceFort Indulging Based on categories in Bandar Lampung, it can be seen that there is a decrease in the number of employees who perform well, followed by an increase in the number of employees who have less performance. The decline in employee performance is indicated by the number of sales decreasing and not in accordance with the targets set by the company. This decline in performance has an impact on decreasing company income. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance Fort Indulging Bandar Lampung. This research uses quantitative research methods, the population and sample size is 20 people. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance Fort Indulging Bandar Lampung. PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA FORT INDULGING BANDAR LAMPUNG ABSTRAK Oleh AGUSTIO ZAMALIN Kinerja karyawan Fort Indulging Bandar Lampung berdasarkan kategori terlihat bahwa adanya penurunan jumlah karyawan yang berprestasi dengan diikuti meningkatnya jumlah karyawan yang memiliki kinerja kurang. Penurunan kinerja karyawan tersebut diindikasikan dengan jumlah penjualan yang menurun dan tidak sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Penurunan kinerja tersebut memberikan dampak terhadap pendapatan perusahaan yang menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Fort Indulging Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 20 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan, maka dapat diambil simpulan bahwa Motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pada karyawan Fort Indulging Bandar Lampung
