Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF HANGING BALL TRAINING METHOD ON INCREASING SMASH VOLLEYBALL AT EXTRACULICULAR VOCATIONAL SCHOOL OF ADILUWIH ISLAM M. Rio Gery Sandika 17114060 The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of the hanging ball training method on the improvement of volleyball smash in extracurricular at SMK Islam Adiluwih. The population used in this study were all students who took part in volleyball extracurricular at SMK Islam Adiluwih and the sample in this study was 20 male students as the experimental class and 20 male students as the control class. With exercises carried out for one month with 16 meetings, as well as variations of exercises combined with basic volleyball techniques, so that students do not experience boredom. Based on the results of data analysis, description, research results, and discussion, conclusions can be drawn, namely: explained that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest of Hanging Ball Practice on Volleyball Smash at the Extracurricular of Adiluwih Islamic Vocational School. The average pretest data is 14 while the posttest is 16.1 with an increase of 2.1.
