Abstract

Abstract The regional budget is a financial plan that forms the basis for the implementation of public services. In Indonesia, regional budget documents are called Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budgets (APBD), both for provinces and districts and cities. This study aims to determine whether economic growth affects the capital expenditure budget of Lampung Province find out whether the regional original income (PAD) has an effect on the capital expenditure budget of Lampung Province, find out whether the general allocation fund (DAU) has an effect on the capital expenditure budget of Lampung Province. This type of research is quantitative research by testing the hypothesis. The data analyzed in this paper is secondary data, sourced from the APBD Realization Report document obtained from the Director General of Regional Government Fiscal Balance websites via the internet www.djpk.depkeu.go.id. From this APBD Realization report, data was obtained regarding the amount of realized Capital Expenditures, Local Original Revenue (PAD), and General Allocation Fund (DAU) budgets. Per Capita Gross Regional Domestic Product (BPRB) data were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) https://lampung.bps.go.id. The results of the study show that economic growth has no significant effect on the capital expenditure budget, Regional Own Revenue does not affect the capital expenditure budget, General Allocation Funds have a significant effect on the capital expenditure budget. Keywords: Capital expenditure, economic growth, local revenue, general allocation fund Abstrak Anggaran daerah merupakan rencana keuangan yang menjadi dasar dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan publik. Di Indonesia, dokumen anggaran daerah disebut Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD), baik untuk provinsi maupun kabupaten dan kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap anggaran belanja modal Provinsi Lampung mengetahui apakah pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) berpengaruh terhadap anggaran belanja modal Provinsi Lampung, mengetahui apakah dana alokasi umum (DAU) berpengaruh terhadap anggaran belanja modal Provinsi Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatifdengan melakukan uji hipotesis. Data yang dianalisis dalam penulisan ini adalah data sekunder, yang bersumber dari dokumen Laporan Realisasi APBD yang diperoleh dari situs Dirjen Perimbangan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah melalui internet www.djpk.depkeu.go.id. Dari laporan Realisasi APBD ini diperoleh data mengenai jumlah realisasi anggaran Belanja Modal, Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), dan Dana Alokasi Umum (DAU). Data Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (BPRB) per Kapita diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) https://lampung.bps.go.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pertumbuhan Ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap angggaran belanja modal, pendapatan Asli Daerah tidak berpengaruh terhadap anggaran belanja modal, dana Alokasi Umum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap anggaran belanja modal.
