Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai sumber ilmu perlu menjadi perhatian lebih baik bagi pihak sekolah, khususnya SMK PGRI 1 Kotaagung yang berlokasi di Jl. Camar, Terbaya, Kec. Kota Agung, Kabupaten Tanggamus, Lampung. Sekolah tersebut perlu menerapkan teknologi informasi berupa perpustakaan digital, karena perpustakaan digital mengatasi keterbatasan waktu, memperluas wawasan siswa dalam belajar. Siswa dapat mengakses sejumlah besar pengetahuan dan berbagi konten serta memfasilitasi perluasan pendidikan. Pentingnya peran perpustakaan digital, saat ini sekolah masih belum menemukan rekomendasi aplikasi perpusatakaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria sekolah, sehingga perlu adanya metode dalam mendukung keputusan terhadap pemilihan aplikasi perpustakaan yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kriteria yang ada. Penelitian telah menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan aplikasi perpustakaan digital terbaik dibangun menggunakan sistem berbasis web dengan penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighthing (SAW) dengan kriteria seperti teknologi, pengguna, dukungan pihak pengembang, fitur dan permasalahan teknis. Sistem yang telah dikembangkan menghasilkan sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengelola data alternatif, kriteria, sub kriteria, penilaian dan mampu menampilkan hasil penilaian dengan alternatif terbaik dari hasil pembobotan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode SAW diperoleh nilai rangking tertinggi untuk aplikasi perpustakaan terbaik dari alternatif seperti OpenBiblio dengan hasil 0,49, INLISlite dengan hasil 0,671667, Slims dengan hasil 0,766667, E-Prints dengan hasil 0,620833 dan Dspace dengan hasil 0,550833. Sehingga dapat diketahui nilai terbesar terdapat pada alternatif SLiMS dengan nilai 0,766667, maka hasil pemilihan aplikasi perpustakaan terbaik yaitu SLiMS dengan nilai 0,766667. Library as a source of knowledge needs to be a better concern for the school, especially SMK PGRI 1 Kotaagung located on Jl. Camar, Terbaya, Kec. Kota Agung, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung. The school still needs to implement information technology in the form of a digital library, because digital libraries overcome time constraints, broaden students' horizons in learning. Students can access a large amount of knowledge and share content as well as facilitate the expansion of education. Due to the role of digital libraries, currently schools still have not found library application recommendations that match school criteria, so there is a need for methods to support decisions on the selection of library applications that can be adjusted to existing criteria. Research has resulted in a decision support system for selecting the best digital library application built using a web-based system with the application of the Simple Additive Weighthing (SAW) method with criteria such technology, users, developer support, features and technical problems. The system that has been developed produces a system that functions to manage alternative data, criteria, sub-criteria, assessments and is able to display assessment results with the best alternatives from the weighting results. Based on the calculation results using the SAW method, the highest ranking value for the best library applications from alternatives such as OpenBiblio with a result of 0.49, INLISlite with a result of 0.671667, OpenBiblio with a result of 0.766667, E-Prints with a result of 0.620833 and Dspace with a result of 0.550833. So that the largest value can be known in alternative SLiMS with a value of 0.766667, then the result of the selection of the best library application are SLiMS with a value of 0.766667.
