Abstract

Abstrak Desa Jatimulyo merupakan sebuah desa kecil di Kecamatan Jati Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Aksesnya cukup mudah hanya 45 menit dari pusat kota Bandar Lampung, namun cukup jauh untuk di jangkau melalui ibukota Lampung Selatan. Sebagian besar masyarakat Jatimulyo juga bermata pencaharian sebagai petani. Penelitian ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pilihan penghuni perumahan dalam hal Aksesibilitas, Sarana Prasarana dan Kondisi Lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikansi terbesar terhadap keputusan pemilihan adalah variabel kondisi lingkungan dilihat dari hasil analisis regresi dengan koefisien sebesar 0,889. Hasil dari uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung 7,315 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Dengan menggunakan batas signifikansi 0,05, nilai signifikansi tersebut berada di bawah taraf 5% dan t hitung sebesar 7,315 t tabel sebesar 1,699. Maka kondisi lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan. Dengan demikian, Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima sehingga hipotesis diterima yaitu kenyamanan lingkungan dan suasana lingkungan yang tenang berpengaruh dalam keputusan pemilihan. Kata Kunci: Aksesibilitas, Sarana Prasarana, Kondisi Lingkungan Abstract Jatimulyo Village is a small village in Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. The access is quite easy only 45 minutes from the city center of Bandar Lampung, but far enough to reach through the capital of South Lampung. Most of the Jatimulyo people also make a living as farmers. This study discusses the factors that influence the choice of residential residents in terms of Accessibility, Infrastructure and Environmental Conditions. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The results of the analysis showed that the variable that had the greatest positive influence and significance on the selection decision was the variable of environmental conditions seen from the results of the regression analysis with a coefficient of 0.889. The result of the t test obtained a calculated t value of 7.315 with a significance level of 0.000. Using the significance limit of 0.05, the significance value is below the level of 5% and the t count of 7.315 t of the table is 1.699. So environmental conditions have a positive and significant effect on electoral decisions. Thus, Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted so that the hypothesis was accepted i.e. the comfort of the environment and the atmosphere of a calm environment had an effect on the electoral decision.
