Abstract

Abstract Based on the observations that have been made, the existing rentals are still conventional, namely by using rental books and Whatsapp media. This system is considered not yet effective and efficient. As for the first problem experienced in data processing, sometimes the manager forgets to record tenant data because the manager is not careful in recording this information. So this research aims to build a realtime and interactive field rental system and a system for storing and storing data into the database. The system was built using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) research method, with the Java and PHP programming languages with Android Studio and Visual Studio code as text editors, using the Laravel framework, and for database processing using the MySQL database. This research was successful by obtaining a Very Good rating on the ISO 25010 test, with a percentage result of 100% for functional suitability testing, 100% for security testing and 93.6% for usability testing, then the final results of the percentage assessment were obtained which amounted to 97.8 %.
