Abstract

Esha 2 Cell which is engaged in selling smartphones, in its business activities, Esha Cell 2 still performs data processing of goods manually in books such as recording incoming and outgoing goods, after being recorded manually in the book, the data is inputted in Microsoft Excel. Because they still use manual note-takers and Microsoft Excel in processing data when goods enter and leave, there are often repeated data input errors, and inventories are not recorded in real time. This makes information about stock or inventory not efficient. Therefore, the best solution to overcome the shortcomings that often occur before, the author will build an inventory system to monitor the process of entering and leaving stock and inventory at Esha Cell. The design of this system will be webbased and use the Extreme Programming method. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based inventory information system using the Extreme Programming (XP) method to overcome the problem of managing inventory in stores. The Extreme Programming (XP) method was chosen because the development system is faster and very flexible with changes that occur in the software development process. Testing on this application system uses the ISO- 25010 method, and the results of system testing from 3 correspondents based on the system's eligibility criteria for the admin function obtained 87%.
