Abstract

ABSTRACT WEB-BASED MAKEUP ARTIST E-BOOKING APP ON RESTIKA OKTAVIA MUA By: Yeni Diana Make-up artist is a person or person who has a profession of making up or arranging makeup for activities or events sacred to its users. Like a company that provides make-up services or can be known as MUA called Restika Oktavia is a service company that was established in 2014. Problems such as the data reporting process are still repeatedly recapitulated using recording media on the book, this has an impact on the error of recording the implementation schedule to the data framework. The next problem is that the service is considered less than optimal because the response related to consumer questions about price packages and facilities provided on the chat media must be answered one by one so that this has an impact on delays in responses to consumers to messages that do not have time to be replied to. Problems in the booking process such as incorrect implementation schedules that cause simultaneous events to occur at one time. The method used in the research is Extreme programming with stages including planning, design, coding and testing. The system is built using php programming language and Mysql database with the application of codeigniter framework with the concept of model-view-controller can provide dynamic system results in the development of its system. The results of the study were the application of the extream programming method, which can be seen in terms of functionality and usability, namely 97.14% and 89.89%. Based on these results, it is concluded that the system that has been made can be run properly and improve the quality of wedding service booking services to potential consumers using a website-based system that produces applications with makeup package information features and the booking process to display the implementation schedule. The order process is carried out by choosing the package that suits your needs and continued by uploading proof of payment online
