Abstract

ABSTRAK Penerapan Model Latihan Shooting Futsal Pada Ekstrakurikuler SMK Amal Bakti Jatimulyo Diki Pramono 18114032 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mnegetahui ada atau tidak pengaruh Model Latihan shooting futsal terhadap ketepatanshooting futsal pada ekstrakurikuler SMK Amal Bakti Jatimulyo. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakulikuler futsal di SMK Amal Bakti Jatimulyo dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20 siswa laki-laki sebagai kelas eksperimen. Dengan latihan yang dilakukan selama satu setengah bulan dengan 16 kali pertemuan, serta variasi latihan yang dikombinasikan dengan teknik dasar dan formasi bola futsal, sehingga siswa tidak mengalami kebosanan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, deskripsi, hasil penelitian, dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan, yaitu: Dari hasil uji t bisa dicermati bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (20,375) > (1.729) dan nilai signifikan p sebesar (0.200 > 0.05), hasil ini menerangkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan posttest Model Latihan shooting futsal pada ekstrakurikuler SMK Amal Bakti Jatimulyo. Data pre-test rata - rata 19,35 sedangkan post-test 24,65 dengan peningkatan 5,3. Kata Kunci : Olahraga, Model Latihan, Shooting Futsal ABSTRACT The Application of the Futsal Shooting Training Model at the Extracurricular of Amal Bakti Jatimulyo Vocational School Diki Pramono 18114032 The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not there was an effect of the futsal shooting training model on the accuracy of futsal shooting at the extracurricular SMK Amal Bakti Jatimulyo. The population used in this study were all students who took part in the futsal extracurricular at Amal Bakti Jatimulyo Vocational School and the sample in this study was 20 male students as an experimental class. With exercises carried out for one and a half months with 16 meetings, as well as variations of exercises combined with basic techniques and futsal ball formations, students don't get bored. Based on the results of data analysis, description, research results, and discussion, conclusions can be drawn, namely: From the results of the t-test, it can be seen that the t count is greater than t table (20.375) > (1.729) and a significant value of p is (0.200 > 0.05), These results explain that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest of the futsal shooting training model at the extracurricular SMK Amal Bakti Jatimulyo. The average pretest data is 19.35 while the post-test is 24.65 with an increase of 5.3.
