Abstract

Bagi organisasi yang tentu saja kinerja karyawan itu dapat dilihat dari bagaimana organisasi tersebut dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada publik, sebagaimana pada PT. Trikarya Mega International yang bergerak dalam bidang bidang Produksi, Distributor dan Trading. Kepemimpinan merupakan faktor penting dalam memberikan pengarahan kepada karyawan apalagi pada saat-saat sekarang ini di mana semua serba terbuka, maka kepemimpinan yang dibutuhkan adalah kepemimpinan yang bias memberdayakan karyawannya. Lingkungan kerja di perusahaan juga mempengaruhi kinerja yang dilaksanakan oleh karyawan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Trikarya Mega International Bandar Lampung sebanyak 100 orang dan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ada pengaruh secara simultan kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja pada PT. Trikarya Mega International Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Employee engagement dan Kinerja. For organizations, of course, employee performance can be seen from how the organization provides services to the public, as in PT. Trikarya Mega International which is engaged in the field of Production, Distributor and Trading. Leadership is an important factor in providing direction to employees, especially in today's times where everything is open, so the leadership needed is leadership that can empower employees. The work environment in the company also affects the performance carried out by employees. The populations in this study were employees of PT. Trikarya Mega International Bandar Lampung as many as 100 people and a sample of 100 people. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression tests. Influence simultaneous leadership, work environment and employee engagement on performance at PT. Trikarya Mega International Bandar Lampung.
