Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Karang. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Karang. Berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 144 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Karang. Secara simultan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Karang. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on the performance of PT. Indonesian Railways. The object of this study was employees of PT. Indonesian Railways Tanjung Karang. Based on the established criteria obtained a sample of 144 respondents. The results showed that partially work discipline did not have a significant effect and the work environment affected the employees performance of PT. Indonesian railways. Simultaneously, work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Indonesian railways Tanjung Karang.
