Abstract

ANALISIS PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PADA PT MODERNLAND REALTY TBK PERIODE 2017-2019 Oleh: Sindy Anisa 18411154 ABSTRAK This study aims to analyze the implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT Modernland Realty Tbk for the 2017-2019 period. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, using secondary data in the form of a company's annual financial report document. The variable in this study is Good Corporate Governance where this variable is an independent variable, not an independent variable. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that for 3 periods 2017-2019 PT Modernland has implemented Good Corporate Governance quite well in accordance with the 6 aspects of the indicators that have been determined and with the appropriate number of scores, but on the aspect of commitment to the implementation of good corporate governance in a sustainable manner. has not implemented/established a Gratification control policy, and related to the Reporting policy on alleged irregularities in the company (Whistle Blowing System) and has not conducted an assessment of the implementation of GCG. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), 6 Aspects of GCG Assessment & Evaluation Indicators, Basic Principles of GCG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis penerapan Good Corporate Governance pada PT Modernland Realty Tbk periode 2017-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, menggunakan data sekunder berupa dokumen laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Good Corporate Governance dimana variabel ini termasuk varibel mandiri bukan independen. Data di analisis dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama 3 periode 2017-2019 PT Modernland telah menerapkan Good Corporate Governance dengan cukup baik sesuai dengan prinsip dasar GCG dan 6 aspek indikator yang telah ditentukan dan dengan jumlah skor yang sesuai, namun pada aspek komitmen terhadap penerapan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik secara berkelanjutan perusahaan belum menerapkan/menetapkan kebijakan pengendalian Gratifikasi, dan terkait kebijakan Pelaporan atas dugaan penyimpangan pada perusahaan (Whistle Blowing System) serta belum melakukan Assessment terhadap pelaksanaan GCG. Kata kunci : Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), 6 Aspek Indikator Penilaian & Evaluasi GCG, Prinsip Dasar GCG.
