Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan absensi fingerprint terhadap disiplin kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Bagian Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Sekretariat Kota Bandar Lampung. Desain penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode survey melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 32 sampel yang dijadikan sebagai responden dengan menggunakan metode teknik sampling jenuh. Setiap butir pertanyaan mengandung indikator yang mengacu pada teori-teori yang bersangkutan dengan penelitian. Indikator dari pengaruh penerapan absensi fingerprint (variabel X), yaitu praktis, akurat, sekuritas tinggi, dan indikator dari disiplin kerja (variabel Y), yaitu kehadiran, ketaatan pada peraturan kerja, ketaatan pada standar kerja, tingkat kewaspadaan tinggi dan bekerja etis. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur analisis regresi sederhana serta menggunakan alat bantu uji instrument seperti uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji normalitas juga menggunakan uji hipotesis determinasi (R²), dan uji t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penerapan absensi fingerprint berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Bagian Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Sekretariat Kota Bandar Lampung. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya penerapan absensi fingerprint dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on the work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus in the Procurement Of Goods/Services Section of the Bandar Lampung City Secretariat. The research design carried out in this study is descriptive quantitative using the survey method through the distribution of questionnaires to 32 samples used as respondents using the saturated sampling technique method. Each item of the question contains indicators that refer to the theories concerned with the research. Indicators of the influence of the application of fingerprint attendance (variable X), namely practical, accurate, high securities, and indicators of labor discipline (variable Y), namely attendance, observance of work regulations, observance of work standards, high level of vigilance and ethical work. The analytical techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative analysis using simple regression analysis measuring instruments and using instrument test tools such as validity tests, reability tests, normality tests also using determination hypothesis tests (R²), and t tests. The results of the data analysis showed that the application of fingerprint attendance had a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus in the Procurement Section of the Bandar Lampung City Secretariat. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of fingerprint attendance can improve the work discipline of the State Civil Apparatus.
