Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untukimengetahuiitingkat kepercayaan diri dan motivasi berprestasi pada atlet panahan top’s archery club Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survei. Instrumen pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan skala likert serta skor penilaian 1 sampai dengan 4. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet panahan top’s archery club Lampung sebanyak 30 atlet dan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 atlet. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif statistik yang dipaparkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan diri atlet panahan top’s archery club Lampung termasuk dalam kategori sedang sebesar 16 atlet (53,3%). Berdasarkan faktor internal kepercayaan diri atlet termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan jumlah 17 atlet (56,7%), pada faktor eksternal yaitu sebanyak sebanyak 3 atlet (10%) yang tergolong kategori sedang. Sedangkan pada motivasi berprestasi atlet sebanyak 12 atlet (40%) termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Pada faktor intrinsic motivasi berprestasi sebanyak 16atlet (53,3%) termasuk dalam kategori sedang, dan untuk faktor ekstrinsik yaitu sebanyak 12 atlet (40%) tergolong dalam kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepercayaan diri dan motivasi berprestasi atlet panahan top’s archery club Lampung termasuk dalam kategori sedang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with the research method used is a survey. The data collection instrument in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale and an assessment score of 1 to 4. The population in this study was the archery athlete of Lampung's top's archery club as many as 30 athletes and the sample technique used total sampling so that the sample used was 30 athletes. The data analysis technique in this research is statistical descriptive analysis which is presented in percentage form. The results showed that the confidence of archery athletes in Lampung's top's archery club was included in the moderate category by 16 athletes (53.3%). Based on the internal factor, the athlete's self-confidence is included in the moderate category with a total of 17 athletes (56.7%), on the external factor as many as 3 athletes (10%) belonging to the medium category. While the achievement motivation of athletes as many as 12 athletes (40%) included in the medium category. On the intrinsic factor of achievement motivation as many as 16 athletes (53.3%) were included in the medium category, and for the extrinsic factor as many as 12 athletes (40%) belonged to the medium category. Based on this, it can be concluded that the self-confidence and achievement motivation of archery athletes at the top's archery club in Lampung are in the medium category.
