Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menganalisi pengaruh Prilaku Kewargaan Organisasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan Honda Arista Rajabasa (2) untuk menganalisa pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan Honda Arista rajabasa (3) untuk menganalisa pengaruh Prilaku Kewargaan Organisasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Honda Arista Rajabasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi karyawan Honda Arista Rajabasa dengan sempel 80 orang dibantu dengan SPSS 26. Pengujian prasyarat menggunakan Uji Validitas serta Uji Reabilitas, Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F Variabel kewargaan organisasi (X1) mendapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.010 < dibandingkan 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh signifikan, dan mendapat hasil nilai nilai t hitung sebesar 2.636 > t tabel (0,219). Artinya H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kewargaan organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel kompensasi (X2) mendapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < dibandingkan 0,05 artinya ada pengaruh signifikan, dan mendapat hasil nilai nilai t hitung sebesar 4.044 > t tabel (0,219). Artinya H0 ditolak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kompensasi (X2) berpengeruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan (Y). ABSTRACK The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on the performance of Honda Arista Rajabasa employees (2) to analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of Honda Arista Rajabasa employees (3) to analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior and compensation on the performance of Honda Arista Rajabasa employees . This study uses a population of Honda Arista Rajabasa employees with a sample of 80 people assisted by SPSS 26. Prerequisite testing uses Validity Test and Reliability Test, Data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Test and Hypothesis test uses t test and F test The organizational citizenship variable (X1) has a significance value of 0.010 < compared to 0.05, which means that there is a significant effect, and the t-count value is 2.636 > t table (0.219). This means that H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the organizational citizenship variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The compensation variable (X2) has a significance value of 0.000 < compared to 0.05, which means that there is a significant effect, and the t-count value is 4.044> t table (0.219). This means that H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that the compensation variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).
