Abstract
SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Marga Tiga in the process of student complaints is done manually, namely by means of students having to make complaints about student behavior to the BK teacher, then the BK teacher will process the actions reported by the student. The purpose of this study is to implement a complaint service application and web-based service that can be accessed by students, BK teachers (admin), and school principals, and can provide convenience for students to find out complaint information. From the problems above, the author makes an application that can accommodate criticism and suggestions, and can make complaints about student actions in the school environment or even outside the school environment in accordance with the design that has been done with the Extreme Programming method starting from planning, design, coding, testing to the software stage. increments. As for the process of making applications using Codeigniter 3 using the PHP programming language with a database using MySQL. After the application is successfully made, it is necessary to test the sistem using the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9126 with four criteria, namely Usability with a value of 92.91%, Functional Suitability 100%, Security 100%, and Performance Efficiency 92%.
