Based on the research information obtained from the hospital graha husada lampung, in 2013 are 47.737 patients visits outpatient. This increased from year 2012 are 14.320 outpatients. Now the system information administration outpatient hospital graha husada bandar lampung has done in computerized but not yet effective, this disebapkan by an increase in the number of patients outpatient. Of potential problems arising of them are on the management accumulation occurs medical records so data it will be difficult for in governance, long for finding data list outpatients disebapkan on the record medical, documents record medical outpatients kept manually namely use a storage medium paper and stored in a warehouse archive patients, on the data validity often occurs data inpatients mixed with the data outpatients. Outpatient based desktop will facilitate in the management of administrative data outpatient to a graha husada hospital lampung. The development of the administrative system of outpatient will use system development model prototype. One way to measure whether the applications it developed can be used with either namely by doing testing BlackBox. The result of BlackBox it to be used as the end of the determination of the results of research. Testing the purpose of this is to search function that is not true or no, error interface, and access database error
